At least they anticipated the technological possibilities for the next 14 years pretty well. Next they'll ban aircraftcarriers on 1910

You know, at first, I was a bit upset that the battle ended mere moments before sighting the bombardment target I was there to destroy.
But now, I'm kind of glad.

But now, I'm kind of glad. Three CLs against a CA and a few destroyers is a fight that I'd normally be quite happy to take. What do your CLs and the Russian CA look like?

On an unrelated note, I'm now fighting a war against Russia, and I think they're getting desparate; this is me defending my blockade against a French raider:
And this is proof that this is desperation:
Yes, they're fighting me with incomplete ships!
(Serious note: I realise it's a misidentification, but, surely, if we know it hasn't been built yet, why would we think we're fighting it?)

But, IIRC, this was, like, 1905. No way my 6" guns would pen 4.5" belt. And I just don't like fighting bigger ships than I have, even if I do have numbers; there's always the chance something might go wrong.

Oh, for the love of... Things are just getting better and better. I managed to slip away from the battleships in the bad weather, and find the invasion fleet I was looking for in the first place. But, hey, turns out unarmed transports aren't completely defenceless after all...
FML.
EDIT: Well, things could have gone a lot worse.
And, hey, I got to see my first airships, which is nice.

1935 era battle, I disabled one enemy Battleship. Then a couple of groups of torpedo bombers found it, along with some destroyers. It took 22 torpedo hits.
I guess no kill like overkill.

No way she has 4.5" extended belt. Three 8000 tons cruisers could easily sunk such armoured cruiser. Your rate of fire hits would be so much higher you will wreck enemy cruiser. Within 8000 tons your cruisers has quite similar durability.
