We are a very small company (just 2 'full time' employees here, myself and Mr. Dean), so when we get a game that has turned out as popular as RTW2 the initial massive volume of sales is both wonderful and also means that we will need to work extra extra hard to keep up with the volume - and some things may end up taking longer than we would prefer. We will keep at it and do our best, and I thank do you for your support mcmortison.

Christopher should be caught up by the late tonight (CST), if say by tomorrow mid-morning CST (Monday) you have not received your activation code PM me directly and I will check on it for you personally. Thanks.

I only got the activation code and not the serial. Make sure that they did not get stacked together in the email, since email clients differ that can happen in unusual instances:
The activation code should look like this: xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx where "x" is a number or letter.
Your activation code thus is 4 groups of 8 characters with a dash between them.
The serial number for the game should look like this: xxxx-xxxx-xx-xxxx-xxxx where "x" is a number or letter.
If after checking, if you are missing the serial number, PM me here and I will check w/Mr. Dean and get you a serial ASAP.

So I got this... but no codes...I spent 20 mins looking to see if I missed something. But no...so did Chris just have a brain frat and forget to paste the code in? Cause I get it, I've done **** like that before...

The top section is Christopher asking you a question about you location (so he can possibly provide another method for you to order the game).
The bottom section is the footer for email Christopher sends out to everyone inquiring about RTW2 - it is just a reminder that when the codes are sent out to you that the first number is the Serial number and the second is the Activation code.
Sorry for the confusion, I'll let Mr. Dean know about that.

No joy after two days. Tomorrow I have to work, so I will not able to use my third "freedom day".
Ah, well, I bought the game fully knowing that the protection scheme was a disgrace (and, to me, it is; so, blame on me). Still, I hoped for something more smooth. I understand the point of view of the developer, but the developer doesn't seem to have understood the point of view of the customers.
