Please For the Love of GOD let us end scenario's if all PLAYER controlled ships are sunk,or docked. At the least and option to disengage and end the Scenario early. I should not have to hit run for an extra 5 to 10 min after all the ships i control are no longer in play. This is simple and basic USER EXPERIENCE.

have you tried increasing game speed to ultra fast? It will end any scenario extremely quickly if no ships are in contact with each other.

Doesn't work for things like coastal raids, the enemy keeps getting spotted, so the game stops.

That shouldnt be a requirement and is a very bad and Dumb work around especially if the enemy ships keep shooting at say a convoy or keeps getting spotted by aircraft

At the very least that ability should come at a hefty VP cost and random-event losses to coastal ships, lest it become a too-easy way of avoiding losses when outmatched in e.g. a hostile coastal raid.
I do wish there was a way to automatically toggle fast/ultra-fast though; it is the fact that I need to keep re-setting it to ultra whenever the enemy finds a TR that annoys me.

Unfortunately the speed control doesn't always let you do that--I've already had times when I was limited to Fast. When ships you don't control (and can't see) are somewhere out there doing... something, the game can be very dull.

The game really needs an option to let you run at full speed while enemies are spotted for this exact scenario. Just a little box to tick on/off "limit game speed to fast during contact."

The problem is that you still have a ton of AI vs AI fighting going on even after all the player controlled ships are in port which is why the battle still runs out the time. I had a scenario over the weekend where, my land based aircraft sunk two enemy BCs AFTER I had withdrew to port which of course made it all worthwhile to have to wait it out.

I realize it might be frustrating to watch a long scenario after player controlled ships are in port, but if it just ended, it would be very easy to avoid a defeat and preventing the enemy from sinking your coastal shipping or fulfilling his objective.

But they could at least have a setting to remove the limitation on ultra speed when enemy units are sighted/engaged so we don't have to sit around for 30 minutes alt-tabbed out of the game waiting for it to end.

I mean not really Fredrick you can have it roll a dice to see the outcome or i know you really really hate this but Automate the rest of the battle, I am also talking about when all my ships are destroyed not when i take them to port, I am litterally saying when there are no player controlled ships around to to them being SUNK not in port Plus you already have a system to stop that with VP

A rng after scenario end is about as abritary as letting the ai duke it out when you think about it.

May be having no interuption? Meaning that all settings of pause is disabled when all players ships are in port. As player can still access logs anytime.
