I swear RtW1 had a button/button combo that could be held down and it would make the line snap to the nearest 45 degrees (which I found super-helpful for getting appropriately aligned transverse or longitudinal lines). Is this still a thing? If still the same buttons, feel free to embarrass me . Also interested in any other superstructure editor tips, particularly for getting well-aligned assymetric superstructures (my first converted CVL has a somewhat superstructure!) but also anything else. I think the X and Y coordinates are tops, but they call for a rather steady hand given the scale (if someone knows the number of the 'middle Y pixel' that'd also be handy). Apologies for my lack of superstructure design expertise!

I am not the best for "tips & tricks", but I am sure someone knows that of which you speak.

S will snap to 45 and 90 degree angles. d will undo the last point you put down.
also, if you eally want to get something precise, you could zoom in, lower your mouse sensitivity, and use the little x/y widget. but thats a bit of work :3
I also hear you can edit the ship save, which could make some things easier.

Cheers snwh. Dag-nab-it, I remember s now that you mention it. My virtual sailors thank you for your help . I also didn't think of zooming in, so some facepalming going on here. I did not know of 'd' (or can't remember knowing....), that's also super helpful. @garrisonchisolm might say it's supernaturally helpful .
