When you finish a scenario you get the option to copy your results to the clipboard, presumably to be saved. Does anyone out there use this feature? How do you save your results? Once I copy them to the clipboard, I've tried pasting them into Notepad, but the results are a bit of a jumble. The columns just don't line up without a great deal of manual adjusting.
Thanks for the replies. I don't have Excel, but I do have Open Office, which I think has some kind of equivalent. But Wordpad will do just fine.
Um...does wanting to save my battle results make me too much of a geek?
Well, I wouldn't loose any sleep over the question. However, if you want a criteria, simply answer this question: Is a computer just a tool that you use to get work done, play and communicate. If it is, relax, you are not a geek. If however, you eat sleep and live computer technology, then I am sorry to say, you might be a geek. In that case, just put the computer down, go to the local establishment and have a few libations for the gods. This too, will pass.
Just a note: I have been working on computers for forty two years. They are just a tool, a means to an end. Nothing more, nothing less.

some battle results are sure worth saving! fired up SAI tonight since i still had an ongoing ww1 grand campaign. hauled out the old Bs and CLs for some mine laying and ran into the british BCs. All 4 old battleships fought to their bitter end only sinking a large cruiser, plus torped another brit BC with no apparent damage. When the mission ended, expecting grim results, i got a major victory! apparently the wounded british BC was torpedoed again by U-29 on the way home and sank. i can't believe it... yeap this one i'm gonna keep on an excel sheet.
