Can't build CL with 0 deck armor, intended or bug?

Dear Forum,

as title says. The save button does nothing when trying to save a CL design with 0 Deck armor. Is this intended? Because I am not sure, I didn't post in bug report.

To clarify, I found a comment in the collection thread, but I am not sure if the message just doesn't pop that deck armor can't be 0, or if CLs with 0 deck are legal.

Both! There is a bug (fixed in 1.02), but cruisers with 0 deck armor are not legal anyway!
