Unless I'm hallucinating; air groups cost me *something*.
When I click "yes" on the dialog about expanding my air groups I can see my monthly income drop, presumptively to pay for the new planes.
I can't seem to find a report showing how much money I am spending on aircraft though.
I can see the cost of SHIPS.
I can see the cost of BASES.
What about airgroups (shipboard or otherwise)?

It is found under budget: i.imgur.com/gMPFcvw.pngThis is with 3k Aircraft in service onboard of 19 CVs and 11 airbases in 1956.

Naval Aircraft section of the budget rundown. I don't think you can check the cost of individual airgroups.

Naval Aircraft section of the budget rundown. I don't think you can check the cost of individual airgroups. You can. Hover over maintenance costs Naval aircraft, you can see costs per aircraft - single engine, multi engine and airships.

Interesting ... I was wondering why I felt like I was perpetually short on money ... I was spending like 40% of my budget on aircraft. Learned something new
