What nation were you playing?

Were there any start options that were not the default?

Describe the issue in detail.
1. I have researched improved triple turrets (improving ROF, etc), without having the triple turrets themselves. Right now, I have sold the Improved triple turrets to Germany, but I still can not build ships with triple turrets.
2. Similar issue, which however is not necessarily a mistake, but given the issue above I think it is. I have Quadruple turrets technology, which skipped the triple Turrets.
What were you doing when the bug occurred?

What did you expect to happen and how was the result you saw different than you expected.
I would expect to research triple turrets first.
Can you describe how to reproduce the bug?

From the 1.03 patch notes:

Not entirely - I didn't see quads getting fixed in the patch notes.

The odd part aren't really the quads, but having improved triples without being able to make triple turrets. |
