When one of my DDs inevitably commits suicide engages in a glorious torpedo attack, they often wind up sinking. Sinking ships seem to still be able to fire torpedoes manually when you're on Captain mode, but the rules around it seem very odd. Normally you can fore one torp per round, but it seems to instead be one total after it starts sinking. However, even on later turns, I can attempt to fire torps, but it pops up the same error message about you only getting one per turn from manual fire. Even if you haven't fired any that turn. So far, it seems to continue the same until it slips below the waves - one torp total, but no more.
I'm not sure if this is working as designed from a rules point of view. But even if it is, the error message is definitely wrong.

From what I've seen, once enemy ships start sinking, they never, ever, ever shall be slaves fire torpedoes, so ships being able to fire torpedoes at all under player control when sinking is probably a bug.
