1. If the ship has torpedo protection and I scroll down the foreign yards list with the mouse wheel and one nation does not have that level of torpedo protection tech, the torpedo protection is removed from the rebuild design. Eg I m France and want to rebuild a ship which has torpedo protection 1 in USA (they also have torp protection 1 available). But Italy does not have torp protection 1 researched, but they come before the US in the list. I scroll down the "Build at yard in" list with the mouse wheel and the ship magically converts the torp protection 1 into free tonnage...
2. Adding deck armour and changing magazine size takes 12 months (which itself is pretty unreasonable). Yet that does not matter when I change gun size. Eg I have a DD with 3''/Q0 guns with 125 rounds each. It would take me 12 months to increase ammo capacity. But I could also upgrade (or downgrade eg for battleship guns) the caliber and then freely adjust the magazine size for the new guns, which only takes 8 months for the rebuild instead of 12! So when you want to change magazine size quickly, you can do it in 2/3 the time if you also install a completely new gun/turret!
3. When designing a new ship, selecting "Sloped deck" when coming from another scheme does not update the tonnage and cost values. It updates them for protected and flat deck on top schemes.

yemo Thanks for the report! You are welcome!
And another one:
4. When loading a saved ship design, which was created for a foreign yard, it still displays the foreign yards in the "Build at yard in" drop down, but all the values and so on shift back to the home yard. I then have to reselect the intended foreign yard. Have not tested that, but it might even interact with the torpedo protection bug (1. in post above) - if home yard has lower TPS than the intended foreign yard.
