The specific text of the All Forward Main Armament technology is "enables weight benefits from all forward main armament," not "enables all forward main armament." This does not appear to me to be a bug, unless you are seeing weight savings by doing it. |

aesonYou are right, a little strange but probably to allow some historical designs early in 20th century. Sorry, my mistake.

Actually, in RTW1 you could get the weight bonus as soon as you had the tech for B turret. They added the tech to make it less enticing to build all forward designs early in the game, as they didn't exist historically before the Nelson class.
