Slow aircraft development, large fleet, manual build of legacy fleet
Describe the issue in detail.
I decisively won a fight during enemy coastal raid, sinking one of their battleships, and several smaller ships. After that i decided to withdraw my fleet to port. After i have done this the AI started attacking one of my coastal batteries. This took them about 1200 ticks (800 over time limit). During that time they only managed to damage it to 84%. So I have to wait for their whole fleet to run out of ammo, but i also can't warp faster than the fast speed because of the hit reports. To top it off the battery is reporting the position of enemy ships every few minutes thus pausing the game... This has became extremely frustrating.
What were you doing when the bug occurred?
Normal large enemy coastal raid
What did you expect to happen and how was the result you saw different than you expected. I expected the battle to end at the time limit, when i withdrew my ships.
