Hi Chris, Hi Tony-
It's Barry. Been awhile fellows, but I am reading a book, "Struggle for the Middle Sea" about all the naval action in the Med during WW2. They have the fleet strengths and basing for the Italian, French and British in the Med on 10th June, 1940. What a way to create a very cool campaign for either the French or British, a historical starting point anyway. So what I was wondering is if it might be possible to build off line a campaign template for this June 10th, 1940 multi-nation OOB?

Reason I want to know is I don't want to have to figure out how much my campaign buy has to be, although I suppose with the ship totals for which nation the math would be simple to do. any good sources you guys are aware of for these three's air forces and bases around the same time?

Great to see your post here - welcome aboard!
Unfortunately due to some serious 'real life' issues Tony was forced to cease support for SAS some time back (this was well over a year ago now). IIRC Chris is/was selling off what little remaining SAS stock that we had on-hand, but with a notice that we can no longer officially support the game.
Thus, on your first post I can offer no real advice, but as to your second post: I don't recall ever seeing an OOB/TOE for the air forces involved in that portion of the conflict in the Med. I did a quick GOOGLE search but found nothing very useful I'm afraid. I will look though some of own personal library and see if possibly that info exists, but as I stated above I am not sure who would have included it.

I read the rough drafts of "Struggle for the Middle Sea" and sent critiques to Vince about his conclusions based on the data. We had coffee a few times and discussed the subject. I highly recommend all his books because he does his research.
As to your need for OOB's and airfields for the three nations, the French were out of the Med by the end of June, so unless you want to develop a counterfactual campaign with their air units moving to North Africa, there isn't much there. The campaign would normally be British, Italian and German. British airfields were limited to Malta, around Alexandria and Sidi Rezegh. There were others but the pendulum of battle in NA makes it really hard to find dates for occupation. The Italian information is available and so is the German. I have some of that data.
