Also, for unreachable invasion/bombardment targets, might it be good to have a single sticky thread, since every bug report will basically just be a location name and a screenshot?

Yes, thank you I saw that one. We are 'collecting' all the reports on this issue, Fredrik is correcting those for the next release.
