Hi, I tried to create a more historically accurate Atlantic campaign - I chose the RN and set ships to historical only but when I actually start the campaign, there are no ships to choose from at all. Is this WAD?
EDIT: Ships do appear in one of the campaigns I created, once I choose the “build” option. I’ve noticed, though, that Britain only starts with about dozen small merchants ships, is it meant to have so few? That doesn’t exactly provide many target for the u-boats.
