Force a fleet action to occour x months into a war.

I currently have 9 Battleships and 5 Battlecruisers in Northern Europe, Germany has 8 and 2 respectively. In a war that has now gone on for 19 months none of the battles have involved any of these expensive wastes of UI space.

It is getting beyond frustrating that the generator keeps picking a single CL or CA to fight the same small group of German DDs. Every. Single. Month.

Please let their be a fleet action after a certain period if one hasn't occoured already, at this point I might as well scrap the 14 largets ships of my fleet and spend the money on coastal fortifications, at least they actually turn up.

I've found that coastal raids are my most reliable source of capital ship engagements. Bear in mind, though, that in the entire history of the dreadnought battleship there were at most six actions that might qualify as "fleet actions" in RTW, and four of those were so one sided as to be very unlikely to be offered by the RTW battle generator (I think most of us would ragequit if handed the last stand of the Bismark, the Battle off Samar, or Surigao Strait). WWII had a fair number of 2v1/2v2 battleship actions, but WWI had no actions with BBs/BCs present on both sidesother than Jutland and Dogger Bank.

Real life only had a few fleet engagements, but at the same time real life also had a single battleship successfully torpedoing something.

Its not uncommon for predread wars to get 5+ torpedo hits, yet alone the early dreadnoughts, top mounted tubes on superdreads, etc.
