Managed to lose my install serial number and need it for the update. Is there any way to find it - as otherwise will cheerfully order a second copy (which tells you how much I like the game).

Mariandavid, Please email Chris Dean with your name and the approximate date of your order and he can look up your order info and send you your lost serial number.

AARGH - I am getting bounced back from the "Chris Dean" reference no matter which computer I try. Never fear though as soon as I finish my US Campaign will delete all of the present game, repurchase, make multiple copies of the number, including at my bank, and remain happy!

I hate for you to have to repurchase the game - if you can PM me I can help you out with the lost serial # myself.
EDIT - I spoke with Chris Dean and his email is working fine from his end. he has an alternate email address you can send to: warshipfc@yahoo.com If that does not work for you then I can have Chris send me the serial number and I send it to you myself.

Same mistake here too..; deleted my april mail with the serial code not thinking it would be requiered to update.... I mailed this morning will see if I got a answer in the coming days.
Memo to myself : LOCK DOWN NWS mail to keep that beeeppp serial code.

Just a quick thumbs up, lost serial number, E-mail to Chris, turn around time (on Sunday no less) less than 3 hrs.
