Creating Treaties With Countries That Already Have Alliance

I give you the weirdest thing I've seen in the game.


You can create alliances with nations you already have treaties with.

Fortunately this has been corrected in RTW2. :]

I found it quite humorous. In the same game I was getting intelligence reports that other nations were building ships that had already been sunk decades earlier.
