It would be cool to see some of the things that happened to an enemy ship when you open their info page. For example 12:00 hit by torpedo. Some of it may be wrong but it's like what the crews know has happened to the ship insted of the vague "Heavy Damage" if I looked at a ship and saw that the turret was destroyed or there was a hole in it I would know that is was hit and someone would have included it in some log.

You can already view the full logs of enemy ships at the end of the battle by opening the statistics window and clicking on individual ships.

I know. I thought it would be cool to see part of the combat logs during the battle albeit somewhat unreliable.

I see. Personally I think it's a bad idea because it can give away too much information to the player. Though I do think the player and friendly ships should be able to tell when an enemy ship is done for before it slips under the waves (as that's the only way for your ships to stop firing on them), having enemy logs during battle is just a little too much. Plus it would require opening up the detailed ship info page. The fact that we already get enemy logs post battle, including complete info about enemy ships that skirts around bad intelligence, is already a huge advantage to the player.
I think some of the information you're asking for though is better to be recorded by your own ships logs because those are the people making the observations. For example, CSA CL Pamlico log at 1200 observed torpedo hit on enemy CL Pallada class. Or observed funnel toppling over. Or observed fire among floatplanes. Or observed flash fire in the forward half of the ships. Those are kind of things I agree would be neat and are more inclined to what your asking for. The enemy logs should be reserved the enemie's point of view only.
But there's only so much your own crews can observe before it becomes wild speculation that doesn't really help the player. Sure the log can say we hit the turret at 1543 and destroyed it, but the game doesn't differentiate how a turret is destroyed. You could pen a turret, kill the crew, and wreck the guns without causing a lot of noticeable damage to observers several thousand yards away. Or you could pen the turret and blow the top off. But in the game those aren't really different situations. Most of the time your crew won't know much other than the fact that they hit a ship at a general location.
