Hello i would like to ask if there are any mods that increase the money you get. I´ve just beat the living daylight out of british that were building 5 battleships and 3 battlecruisers. Anyone can see thats cheating since they were building them at once for 20 turns, give or take 2 turns, for which they were losing war to me and have lost 10 battleships and 6 battlecruisers. (Destroyers banzai charges) How the hell can AI not only fight war but keep on building so many ships! The ships were reported to be laid down 2 monts before the war started and were out 20+/- turns into the war while i could barely build 5 destroyers at once during the war.
Any help what to do please?

I'm not aware of any mods... It is fairly easy to edit the save game to increase or lower budgets; find the save game folder and find the (I think) .bcs file and open it notepad. Search for the country you want to modify and then find the relevant line, modify the line, save the file and restart RTW2. I've had the British commander removed from command though due to mismanagement of the navy budget in a vanilla game (no edits or mods). They were an ally of mine at the time...
As they lose ships, their free budget tends to go up - sunk ships have no maintenance cost. The more you destroy the easier it is for them to replace with newer ships.
General approach for me is that I don't intentionally go to war with the big guys (USA or GB) unless I have significant allies. I also try to ally with the big guys and make them take the brunt of any war I start. This allows my budget to grow, while their ships are on forgein deployment / higher maintenance costs. At the time the British commander was removed I didn't have any of my ships in the Mediterranean fighting Italy.
The few times I've been forced into a war with GB, I've not come out on top... USA which lacks baseing in NE, NEA or the Med is pretty easy to keep at bay early on.

Thanks i will try. Tho building 8 dreadnoughts in 1926 while having 20+/- in service is just too op. I have just 5 BBs and 5 BCs to do all the work and cant build s***t. But since i own 42 DDs i can understand where my money is going XD. That does not justifi that AI income

AI budget is fine and it doesn't cheat.
Bear in mind: 1. Great Britain has a very high budget, the highest in fact, at least untill USA economy fully kicks in. They can afford a lot that other nations merely dream about. In my games it is common for them to have 40+ capital ships with several more in construction. 2. AI is very good at managing fleet expenses. If you, the player, do not manage your active, reserve and mothball fleets properly, you'll be loosing a lot of money. 3. If you're playing smaller nations, such as Japan or AH, you are NOT going to have parity with GB. It's extremely unlikely and would take some very successful early wars. 4. If you're playing with historical resources enabled, GB gets an even greater advantage. It was THE naval power for a long long time. 5. If your own dreadnoughts - or other ships - are oversized or otherwise overly expensive, you will naturaly afford less of them. Its a balance of qualiy and quantity and its up to you which one you prioritize to which extent.

The AI is optimized to use its resources VERY effectively this does mean their ships are more quantity over quality USA should mostly only be fought before 1920/1930 the earlier the better and great Britain should often only be fought after 1940 preferably 1950
do keep in mind these 2 nations not only have the highest budgets but also alot of research advantages and combine that with a high budget it means that they are usually 1-2 techs in front of you in most areas if you dont do well in the early game and get a large budget
these 2 nations require extremely good naval "trades" to beat as you need to trade atleast 1:3 or 1:4 to win facing off against both is ALMOST impossible but the rewards for victory can be absolutely INSANE
UK is the most vulnerable right around 1906-1908 where dreadnoughts come in if you get more dreadnoughts than them for a short while you can win same goes with US
