Describe the issue in detail. - When generating pictures for my legacy fleet I discovered I have light cruisers without funnels

Assuming my calculations are correct and that my folder has no leftover mods, there are 65 design tempaltes missing funnels, 25 of which appear to be coastal batteries and airbases, which leaves 40 ship designs lacking funnels, accross all classes it seems.
