Reinstalling Rule the Waves 2

Recently I had to do a clean reinstall of windows on my PC and as a result all my files were deleted. This meant all my Rule the Waves 2 files as well unfortunately . Anyways I originally thought well that's no big deal as I still have the the conformation email with a the download link. However it appears the download link no longer works does anyone know who I need to contact to get another one?
