Was watching the splash screen messages. One of them was a rebellion in one of my colonies, Ireland of my USA, has ended. The end of turn log came up. I noticed this splash screen message was not in the log.
Recommend the other splash screen messages should go into the log so the player can double check them or if the player was rapid keying through a long list.
Items I suspect include
= Invasions underway progress
= Rebellion continues, succeeds, crushed
= New branch of research now available
