One thing that continues to annoy me is that when I get an intelligence report on one of my enemies ships, it then falls on me to have to remember. There's no going back to look at it again. I've taken to screenshotting and pasting into paint so I can go back to look later. It's just so much more tedious than it should be honestly. Once you've gotten one of those reports, it should update to reflect any time you check the details for that ship again in the future. It's not like your intelligence officers would up and lose their previous reports.

Good idea. I would suggest updating the naval almanac with a link to the intelligence report page for that ship. Thus, by spending a little more on the intelligence side, one would have a more detailed picture of the world situation. For lovers of detail (I am not among those) one could also create a kind of almanac of naval leaders, with their alleged strengths and even hidden weaknesses, in particular the possibility of betraying for money or political conviction (this last thing could, very realistically, happen on the occasion of abrupt regime changes of that nation).

I don't think I really like the second part, and besides that would essentially become a new feature that would have to actually be added and balanced. All I want is basically what you said in the first part, to have my intelligence reports reflected when I check my opponents ship data through the almanac. Having to keep track through pasted images into a paint image is tedious and shouldn't be necessary.
