How to I see what limitation treaties are in effect?

When there's a naval limits treaty in effect, how do I see the terms of the treaty and when it will expire?

My first game, with Very Small fleets and reduced tech advance, a 10K/8" treaty came into effect for 8(?) years, then it was renewed for 5 years! Rebuilding my 1899 Bs is actually making sense.

I thought that the treaty might be in the Intel reports, but nope.

Thanks! It's not in the manual and I've been so preoccupied with everything else that I didn't notice the Build Requirements, Treaty Time Remaining, or Peace Treaty Limit information!

89 months left to go on the treaty. The effects are just amazing. I'm not sure if this makes 11-inch coastal batteries a fantastic deal or not, but they seem really, really powerful, compared to the ship's we're limited to constructing.
