Can't update to the latest version - DRM reset (RESOLVED)

I tried installing the v1.25 but the installer keep freezing mid way through, I tried to re-install the game but it also doesn't work. I tried to updated from version 1 and version 124 and both freeze mid way through and if I try to close the installer and run the game, it will say NWS.dll was not found. 
Also whatever the installer did, it also reset my verification so I couldn't play the old version.
