I get this message at the end of every turn, plus on the airgroup screen. Says experience will suffer. How important is this?
If not ignorable, how to fix? So far I've tried building more airbases, more airbases+more carrier-trained squadrons on them, re-activating and staffing some old CVLs. None helped.
Thanks.

I don't know how important that is.
You've written that you've added more carrier trained squadrons to airfields to try and solve the problem?? That's going the wrong way. When looking at the air group management. There will be a number for "training capacity for carrier aircrew" (bottom right) You've exceeded that. (actual number above it)
The only way to fix it is to either reduce the number of carrier trained crews at normal airfields. Or, produce more carriers. It's only carriers that will up the number available to be trained. Normal airfields have no effect on carrier training capacity.

Don't be too quick to discount the impact of training. My testing indicates that an "Expert" squadron is roughly twice as effective as a "Fair" squadron. That is, you can expect twice as many hits in a bombing attack when using a squadron rated as expert compared to bombing attacks by a squadron rated as fair. A similar ratio exists when comparing a raw crew to a veteran crew.
It's expensive to maintain a high level of training for your air crews, but it can mean the difference between a successful attack and a disastrous defeat.

The problem is that I expected the game to behave like the world, with land airbases training pilots who would graduate to carriers. Thanks.
