South Pacific Raider Battle Glitch

I have suddenly been met with a very weird glitch I hadn't experienced at any other point in this save or my time playing the game. Playing as Italy, I have a heavy cruiser raiding in the South Pacific during a war with the US, and I've had TP ships try to stop it. However, twice already, during the course of the battle, my ship is randomly teleported miles away.

The first time, I wasn't sure if it had been a glitch or if  I had mistook where my ship started in the fight, but the after-battle tracker showed me I had moved from next to Fiji to the middle of the Central Southern Atlantic.

The second time, it happened after I had encountered the enemy, and I was teleported to the west of Australia. I editted the sac to see if I could fix it that way, but a few ticks later, my ship was teleported again, this time INTO the Australian continental landmass, where it is currently glitching out. First time this save has had any sort of a glitch.

As a side-note, enemy ships seem entirely unnafected, when I used the sac to move my ship back, I saw them briefly and they seemed to be roughly in the same place as they had been when I was teleported, accounting for the movement they were doing at the time.
