Destroyer Unable to take part in coastal raid defense

As the title says, I have had a mission where all of my destroyers were "unable to take part due to range to closest base" in a coastal raid defense mission. My formation started 18nm away from Pointe Noire, my only base in the sea zone.

Thanks for the report - we need to check the mission generator for that area it appears.
