Deck levels for secondary and tertiary for capital ships

One of the key elements in the specification of capital ship was the location of the secondary and tertiary guns. It allowed heavier guns like the 6 in to be eliminated and smaller weapons to be placed in turrets on the second and tertiary decks. The HMS Renown's used this technique as did other ships in the world. It would nice and interesting if the design app would allow us to designate which deck: Main deck, Second Deck and Third Deck.
