Legacy fleet CLs with same caliber mains and secondaries

In an 1890 USA start, building protected cruiser (CL) class has 4-inch main battery and 4-inch secondary battery.

I took a look at your save - both the Chicago and Baltimore class CLs have 5" guns as their mains and 4" guns as their secondaries, so not sure what you are seeing?

Sorry, should have been more clear.  It is Columbia-class CLs (Columbia and Cincinnati) under "Ships under construction" tab.

Oh, no need to apologize, I should have checked those. Yes, that likely is a template issue; I will add this to the list to be looked at.
