Access Violations when cumpeter sleeps & No tool tips

Two bugs:

1. After my computer goes to sleep whilst RtW 3 is running, any button button I click on (including trying to close the window) causes an access violation. 
2. When I mouse over an event option or an enemy ship in a battle I don't get any tool tip pop ups. 

Game file is too big to attach as a Zip.

The game can have issues on certain machines if the machine goes into sleep mode/hibernation. We are evaluating this to this to see what can improved to prevent it in cases where it can occur.
