Pretty limited in what I can actually change, but any suggestions welcome.
Things to note;
-There are 2 IDES eras that swap over at about 1935.
-Things to note 6" battery has 2 hard coded single torpedo launchers with 2 reloads.
-RPG is locked at 100.
-Cost is locked.
-HAA F appears to be locked by IDES era.
General IDES changes;
-4in Batteries are now a 500 ton single 5in unarmored cheap field gun minefield generator. Central Rangefinder and 1 FC
-5in Batteries are now unarmored 12 gun 3in harbor gun battery.
-All guns are Q2.
-20% accuracy bonus.
-All Batteries but the 4in has 2 FC positions.
-All Batteries have improved elevation.
-Maintenance cost is halved for all but the 13in Coastal Battery in Turrets, 14in Coastal Battery in Turrets, and 4in Coastal Battery.
-4in Coastal Battery maintenance cost is 1.
Pre 1935 IDES switch changes;
-All Batteries except 4in have advanced directors.
-All Coastal Batteries 6" and above have at least 2" splinter protection.
-All Batteries get 2 LAA and 1 MAA per tier. Turreted versions get 1.5x this.
-All Batteries 8" and above gain 2 directed unshielded 5" guns per tier. Turreted versions get double this.
-13in Coastal Battery in Turrets is 16in guns.
-14in Coastal Battery in Turrets is 18in guns.
-4in field batteries (The one that spawn as a result of certain missions) are now 6in. They share propt of 4in.

-All guns are autoloaded except 4in.
-All Batteries have electro directors.
-5in Batteries are now DPAA.
-All Batteries get 3 LAA and 2 MAA per tier. Turreted versions get 1.5x this.
-All Batteries 6" and above gain 2 directed unshielded 3" DPAA guns per tier. Turreted versions get double this.
-All Batteries 5" and above have 4 AA directors.
-All Batteries can have maximum radar.
-The number of guns in 6" Battery through 12" turrets is doubled to 8. 13" to 6.
-14in Turrets is 20in guns.
