Firstly, I get the reasoning for not allowing China aircraft production. But I want to mod my game/save to allow it because it removes a huge chunk of gameplay and I'm already far down my alternate timeline by winning a war against the USA in 1904, dominating Asia, and overthrowing the Empress in the early years of the campaign.
I've had a quick look around the save and game files and don't see an obvious flag for enabling aircraft production - anyone have an idea where it is?

To quote someone (cheqtro) who already figured it out: "So, I decided to check the Data files of the game, and funnily enough there are no names for either the Aircraft manufacturers or the planes themselves in the ChinaShipsNames.dat file. I dont have time to check it right now, but it wouldnt surprise me if by adding some names you might get the ability to make your own planes as China, so you could try that for your next games, either in RTW2 or 3. Edit: Got time to test it, and voila, i am able to create my own planes:"
