I think it would be neat to have the option of using a forward super-superfiring turret as seen in the Dido class and Atlanta Class light AA cruisers

They do look very nice, but sadly they created a massive headache stability-wise and - at least for the Dido-class - 'Q' turret ('C' turret in-game) was removed and replaced by a 40mm Bofors mount.

I think it would be neat to have the option of using a forward super-superfiring turret as seen in the Dido class and Atlanta Class light AA cruisers Some of the early designs being looked at by the "Dreadnought Committee" had triple superfiring turrets at both ends...they were rejected as being potential damage magnets (I suspect before anyone even started worrying about stability) I don't think the game could cope but the USN had a thing with actual Double-Decked" turrets for a while, and there's paper designs for Russian square stacked quads on a cruiser IIRC.

It could just give enormous top weight points so even one of those would make ship unstable even without radar or AA guns, but if player wishes so...
