Four uprising in the same neutral possesion in the same turn

Version 1.00.13. Four event windows poped up on top of one another. Norway went to Russia at the end. Those were just info boxes without any decision for the player to contest. After that tensions with all nations went up by 4-6 points leading to surprise war, treaty breakdown and overall chaos. Everyone hates russia and that's understandable after teritorial grab, but it looks like tensions from all those events were also added to the player.
Edit: relations from reload. Looks like Russia was at 4-5 with Europeans even before so I got all the hate for those events on the other side of the Globe
