Hi Folks,
Been rummaging in the save file as is my wont and found the officers stats in RTWGame"n".off

Officer Special Traits (I think most of these only impact the individual ship but some probably work with Admirals etc?)
1= Aggressive 2= Timid 3= Gunnery Expert 4= Torpedo Expert 5= Wily 6= Lucky 7= Disciplinarian 8= Well Connected 9= Speed Enthusiast 10= Poor Shiphandler 11= Poor Administrator 12= Sportsman 13= Music Lover 14= RoF Enthusiast 15= Loose Cannon 16= No Connections 17= Good Administrator 18= Damage Control Specialist 19= Aviator
These are all handily modable for RP purposes or whatever.
Not sure what some of them actually do (Wily?) in practical game terms yet so if anyone has experience of traits directly making any differences let us know...

Per the manual, Wily reduces enemy accuracy against that officer's ship (no mention of to what degree). Aggressive and Timid (and perhaps Loose Cannon?) are also supposed to affect a commanded division's behavior under AI control IIRC. I also remember some mention of ROF Enthusiast and Gunnery Expert having an effect at the division level, but I don't remember who said it.
