how difficult would it be to change where the cutoff between CVL and CV is (at present 34-35)?

It would involve modifying RTW3.exe. skwabie would know more, I think. |

A CVL can be built with lots of empty space A few research levels later you unlock CV The CVL with unused tonnage can then be cued into a refit to use the extra space for more planes. I have purpse built CVL 16,000 tons that came out at 34 tons with extra tonnage and is now a 41 plane CV. |
