Ships I build with torpedoes are still requiring the same tonnage as they did before the tech was discovered. Do I presume this is a bug never squashed?

I thought the tubes themselves go from 18t to 13t (for swivel mounts).
However, there's also the 'hidden' weight of the mounts to take into account as well - after all, a double torpedo mount leaves more displacement free than two single mounts, so maybe it's this that's affected?

I can state that a quad-mount requires 48 tons both before and after the tech is discovered. It doesn't change the ship's displacement at all.

It doesn't change the ship's displacement at all. -- Mal I've just loaded up a save from 1922, and a quad launcher there uses 72t for the tubes and 78t total. Loading up my game from 1965, and the quad launchers weigh 66t for the tube and 71t total - which is really weird as thats only a saving of 1.5t per tube.
