"Weather does not permit aircraft launch" bug

SO, in this engagement im apparently not allowed to launch aircraft despite them being all weather capable HJFs and JAs, even night capable, but the AI can
It goes without saying this is extremely infuriating.
Attached is the save.
I would be very greatful if this could be prevented in the future, thanks.

blackswan Thanks for the report. We need the entire save game folder, however, to be able to evaluate the save. If you can please zip up the enitre save game folder and post it (or a link to it)...thanks.
