Duplicate of ship in battle generation

In a battle as Italy, I had the same destroyer appear twice in two separate divisions.
I only have one ship named "Dardo," typically assigned to 1 DD Div, which had no other ships present.

Thanks for the report! If you can, please upload your save that shows the issue by going to your game's Save folders, zipping up the correct save folder, and either posting it here or leaving a link to it using a file-sharing website like WeTransfer, MediaFire, Google Drive, Drop Box, etc to post the save to. This will help us quite a bit to track this down.
