set position for secondary is blocked and gives odd message

As you can see, the port secondary is selected, but does not allow set position and returns message as if I am trying to reposition the starboard secondary. Set position on the corresponding starboard secondary returns the same message. Also note that a red circle does not appear on the 7 or 8 gun when either is selected unlike the lettered guns above.  IIRC, the autodesign started with 14 secondaries, but I reduced to 12 then later increased back to 14.

If you choose 'auto position' after you change the number of secondaries/tertiaries you can reposition the guns as you see fit...a bit of a workaround, will see what can be done to change this.
