Prestige loss at war end due to budget

When a war ends the following all happens in the end of turn messages of that single turn

the budget drops.... (by over -14,000/month in my case)

This budget drop happens right away... too soon to do anything

I got a negative balance.

that negative balance meant losing prestige. (from ~10,000 on hand to -4000 debt)

Fleet morale suffers as the men didn't get paid

You need to delay the war end budget drop until AFTER all the other processing the turn a war ends. Then the prestige drop doesn't happen and more importantly the player can actually do something to rebalance the budget.

Agreed - the budget should process first, then the rest of the end of turn stuff should happen.

I'm pretty sure that the game processes the ship construction before the budget is resolved, thereby giving you a free month of construction.
