Is there a CustomNation guide for RtW3?

I have benn trying to crete my own nation for a while in rule the waves 3 and looking for examples on this forum I came a croos a guide named CustomNation, I tried to use it but realized it was a guide for Rule the Waves 2 and I tried to improvise but failed, I've been trying with the netherlands mod as an example but my modding abbilities are basically 0 so I wonder if there is some kind of similar guide but for rule the waves 3.

At this point there is no guide yet. For most of us (who do not have a direct link to the devs) it's still a case of trail&error...which is why there are so many iterations on my Netherlands mod.
If you have questions, just ask! That seems to be the best way of doing things at this point.
