At the end of a war
when you select colonies to take
there is a "center map on the select possession"
which...
is useless if you aren't on the map page. Im still looking at my list of ships in service not the map. So its not really helping decide what colony to take.

I mentioned this back in July. where all you can do is look at the map. You can't even look at information on the selected colony.
