Is there anyway to mod the shipyard capacity of a nation? (I posted this earlier but accidentally posted it on the main RTW3 forum. I apologize about that admins )

Yep! All it takes is a simple bit of savefile editing. The easiest way to do it is to start up a new campaign (or to open up an old one you've got currently running), make sure you save the game, and exit out. After this, it's very simple. Make sure you've got Notepad on your device--it's how I edit the files and it always works.
1. Find the file directory that has Rule the Waves 3 in it. If you own the game on Steam, then check under Program Files x86/Steam/steamapps/common. I'm not sure as to where you'd find it if you don't own the game on Steam, but it shouldn't be too difficult to find.
2. Navigate to your save file next. For me, this looks like Rule the Waves 3/Save/Game[1-9]. Whatever slot you initially saved in corresponds to the file number.
3. Upon opening the correct folder for the campaign you're trying to edit, you'll see a bunch of ship names. You can safely ignore this. Scroll until you find "RTWGame1.bcs" if you opened the Game1 folder, so on and so forth.
4. Now, all you need to do is Ctrl + F the nation you're trying to change the dock size of, and read carefully until you see DockSize=XXXXXX.
You can change a lot of things using this method, from the economic growth of a nation to how corrupt they are to what specific national traits they have. I find it incredibly handy when I want to tailor-make an alt-history scenario. I've never personally tried it myself, but I suppose you could even do things like force countries to have revolutions!
