1.00.34 Color Changing Ship Designer

When the ship designer is open, and I examine another nation's ship in the almanac, my ship in the ship designer takes the color of whatever nation I looked at after I change something so it updates.

williammiller - I wanted to point out that the source of this bug must be very similiar if not the same for my bug reported here: nws-online.proboards.com/thread/7657/worlds-fighting-ships-battle-changes

While mine involves being on the battle map and not the designer, in the cases of both bugs, it is when the player looks at another nation in the almanac that their ship color changes to that of the respective country being viewed.
