1.00.35 Access violation when rearranging forces

I received the access error as below when rearranging my forces. I had two CVs in one division and another in a second. I moved the third CV with the two others, and then tried to set the CV division's role, when I got the error after clicking the set role button. Save game from start of battle attached.
