1.00.35 A few aircraft handling issues

I've noticed a few issues when handling aircraft to point out:

1. I am sometimes getting notifications that squadrons of size 0, normally an escort, will land in darkness and suffer increased damage, but I am launching my planes in the middle of the day. Somehow, some "ghost" squadron is giving a weird notification.

2. I find that the ETAs for coordinated strikes are routinely hopelessly inaccurate. For example, I just was prepping a strike before 10:00, and the ETA uncoordinated was ~10:20, while coordinated it was ~12:30. I launched the strike coordinated, and the attacks are starting around 10:20; the enemy is only ~30nm away.

3. CAP is being a little lax about launching in the mornings, and oftentimes I will get the enemy starting attacks in the morning just before my CAP launches. CAP should be prepped in morning twilight and ready to go, similarly to recon planes that launch early.

4. Recon is launching a little too early in the morning, which becomes more of a problem as speeds increase. Oftentimes my recon will be well outside the possible enemy ranges before morning starts.

*edit* I have attached a picture below showing some of the errors. First, the two different strike options, coordinated vs. uncoordinated, and the different times. Also, the 0 aircraft error with a warning for a dusk landing. Finally, the log of when the airstrike actually arrived with a coordinate strike, at 11:49. I've attached a savegame of the scenario.

Another issue that has been popping up, when readying a strike with missiles I will get a popup that "CV XYZ has (##) missiles remaining." and a group of aircraft will not ready; the message seems to imply that there are not enough missiles, but there are plenty. For example below, I readied two squadrons of jet attack aircraft on CV Mosel, which has 30 missiles. The total number of aircraft is 25, hence there are plenty of missiles, but I get the popup and one squadron does not ready. I can immediately re-ready that squadron with no problem though.
