Secondary's unable to straddle targets, and thus cannot trigger autoloader high RPM and deliberate f

So i noticed after unlocking 3", 4" and 5" autoloaders that they seemingly never straddle the target.
in addition to this they do not suffer rof penalty from deliberate fire.

Note im playing with rof mod


At 3100 yards firing at 6,28 rpm i expect to be straddling the target, im sailing in a straight line and the target is a stationary sinking ship

This also has an effect on their accuracy as you  can see with 3,78% hitchance despite being at very close range
